The regional headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services of the Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region hosted, on Monday, May 5, 2025, a preparatory meeting for the Moroccan economic mission to Denmark, scheduled to take place from May 20 to 25, 2025.
This meeting, organized in partnership with the Danish-Moroccan Chamber of Commerce (Dansk Marokkansk Handelskammer), was chaired by Mr. Anouar Arbaoui, Vice President of the regional chamber, in the presence of Mr. Abdelhamid Hassissene, also Vice President, Mr. Yassine El Aroud, member of the chamber and President of the Moroccan Association of Textile and Apparel Industries (AMITH), Mr. Amer Zghino, member of the chamber and President of the Moroccan Association of Intercontinental International Road Transport (AMTRI), as well as Mr. Mohamed Karim Essouti, member of the chamber.
From the Danish-Moroccan Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Mehdi Hammou, President of the chamber, and Mr. Per Moesgaard, a member of its board, were in attendance.
The meeting also saw the participation of Mr. Omar El Kaddoui, President of the CGEM – Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, Mr. Amine El Harithi, Director of the Economic Promotion and Territorial Attractiveness Division at the Regional Investment Center – Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, along with representatives from the following institutions and organizations:

Following the opening speeches, which emphasized the strength of the historical relations between the Kingdoms of Morocco and Denmark, as well as the significant opportunities for economic cooperation between businesses from both countries, the floor was opened for discussion among the attending institutions and organizations. All participants highlighted the importance of this economic mission as a bridge to establish communication channels between investment and trade stakeholders and as a favorable platform for organizing B2B meetings for companies seeking economic partnerships.
